At Ethical-Good, we are proud to support meaningful causes that make a lasting difference in people’s lives and we’re delighted to have kicked off 2025 with a impactful bang through our work with Military vs Cancer, one of our valued charity clients.

Military vs Cancer have an exciting array of fundraising challenges in the diary for 2025, from jumping out of a plane or pulling a 825kg field gun over 1100 miles the length of the United Kingdom, through to hiking Hadrian’s Wall or attending an Armed Forces Day Rugby Event! There’s sure to be an event that will both challenge and excite you!

Additionally, these events are more than just fundraising events, they are an excellent way to visibly and physically show your support, to raise your fitness levels and challenge yourself, to build community and be part of something incredible, all whilst honouring the bravery of our military veterans.

The Ethical Good team feel really privilege to be working closely with this brilliant charity to help them to ensure that these events are a rip-roaring success. Not only are the charity fantastic to work with, but the more popular the challenge events are, the more vital funds can be raised to support military veterans battling with cancer!

Read on to discover why this cause is so important and how you can get involved..

Why Military vs Cancer Matters

Cancer does not discriminate, and sadly, many military veterans are affected by it after years of service and sacrifice. The small and passionate Military vs Cancer team works tireless to ensure that military personnel, veterans and their families receive the care and resources they need to fight this cruel disease with strength and dignity.

Specifically, they raise funds which help to provide:

  • Additional family / nursing care funding.

  • Travel costs for treatment, including hotel stays for family members.

  • Home adaptations.

  • Respite breaks.

  • Memory making trips.

  • Special experiences, especially for those with a terminal diagnosis.

  • Peer group / community support for serving forces members and their families.
